The GROW Exchange Model

The GROW Exchange is rooted in reciprocity, generosity, and mutual upliftment. Clients are invited to give back in whatever way feels meaningful and aligned (see Client Agreement). A portion of monetary offerings supports The Theodore Charles Martin Flowers Memorial Scholarship, planned to begin with the Class of 2029.
